Wholesale Orders:
Minimum order is $200 ($400 retail) to receive 50% wholesale discount, in quantities of 12 pieces per fragrance, per product.
Whole soap cakes are made to order for our wholesale customers.
Minimum soap cake order is 4 whole cakes, at $40 each.
Flat Rate shipping does not apply to Wholesale Orders but we charge as close to actual shipping on wholesale orders as possible.

Back-Orders:
If any item you ordered is not currently available or in stock, we will contact you and let you know so that you can decide if you would like to wait for availability, order something different or remove the item from your order.

Returns:
SudsMuffin wants you to be thrilled with your handmade products, however, due to the nature of these products, if they have been opened and/or used, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges as per sanitary guidelines, we are unable to re-stock them. Please choose your products carefully as they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded if they have been opened and/or used in any way. However if you encounter a problem with your product, please let us know within 7 business days so we can work to resolve any issues.
